How billing works

What does the free model include?

The full platform for one battery model, with unlimited batteries. Its QR codes use the Unbolt domain, and onboarding is self-service; your own domain and dedicated onboarding come with any paid plan. When you add a second model, you choose a paid plan.

What counts as a battery model?

One battery design with its own passport template. You can build and passport unlimited batteries under it. A design change that needs a new engineer sign-off counts as a new model.

Do discontinued models count toward my plan?

No. A model that is out of production moves to your archive, free while you subscribe, and its passports stay online.

What if we add models during the year?

Each model beyond your plan costs €720 per year, charged pro rata for the rest of your contract year. When that costs more than the next plan, we move you up.

What happens if we cancel?

Your passports stay readable through a low-cost archive plan, or you export everything and move. With your own domain on the QR codes, nothing you printed changes.

Do prices change?

Prices are fixed for your contract year and adjusted for inflation at renewal.

Which currency and taxes apply?

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
